i ask only because a guy offered me his 14" Fuchs for real cheap and, after I said i was looking for wider wheels, I see this ad for $1500...
I couldn't believe it but thought i'd post it to the 914club brain trust first before investing in them..... dude had 4 14X6 for $350... Didn't sound like a great deal to me... |

I was going to do that and then backed out when I started pondering the load rating for a trailer wheel/tire. It would probably be fine, but dunno. brant |

I would be very interrested about 14" fuchs for 150-200 price range.
Those would be nice for my slammed vw bus. -Mika- |

The originals were 14x5.5, not 14x6. I don't think there were any 14x6 Fuchs made. --DD |

I sold a set a few years ago for $300 and it took a long time to get rid of them. Nobody wanted them. I started trying for $500 and then dropped it to 4 and took 3. I guess they would be good for a bug or something but 14" tires are getting harder to find.

I have a 914-6 and the 14" were an option and I have a 912E which had 14" as an option. Maybe they were STD on the E? My 6 came to me with 15" chrome steel wheels.
I only have one 14" rim but am told they are great for autoX (lower) Al |
