From Las Gatos, the easiest way is probably to take Hwy 17 to Camden Ave. turn left and follow Camden (turns into San Tomas espressway) until you reach Stevens Creek - make a left and IHOP is about 2 miles on the right side. |

17 to 280 to lawrence Expressway might be quicker, unless you want to stay with surface streets.
Where in los gatos will you be staying at? Jen |

I'll do my best to be there with my metallic green six. I hope olav will be there with his fine signal orange example as well as Carl with his metallic blue one. It would be great to compare notes with others who appreciate these cars.

Olav,
Too bad, I was really looking forward to seeing it. Oh well hopefully you can bring it down this summer. Maybe Carl will show with his blue six. Does he live in the Bay Area? Steve |

Yes, Carl is in SJ, and he'll be coming to breakfast with Mer. I think Carl's the only guy who consistently drives his 914 to breakfast meetings. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/idea.gif)

Hey now. Don't everyone gang up on me all at once. I know I've seen your jeep at a breakfast before, Andy.

Good grief! Can I retract my previous statement about the consistency and the car bit? Or do you just want to lash me a couple times next time we meet at IHOP? (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/whip[1].gif)

I might be able to make it on the late side (depends on water polo practice schedule), but sans 914 (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/sad2.gif)
Called Harvey about my wheels and found out they are in process though (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smile.gif) And I have my new LE valence waiting in the garage. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smile.gif) |

Way things are going, I'll be bringing the 912 again. 914 isn't on the schedule until after the FIAT is done, and the FIAT is at least three weekends away from being useful again. The scooter won't go faster than 35mph, so taking it all the way to Santa Clara would be a major trip. The type 3, well, is a type 3.
