For sale:

My extremely rare quadruple gauge, Factory 916 race car VDO gauge package. Extremely rare option was only equipped on 1972 914 models painted green.... with a funky color-clashing brown interior.

You must have this part! You cannot live without it! Buy it now for the low low price of $1275.00

(IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif) (That way I can replace everything with Autometers)

... don't forget the RARE factory clock delete. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/rolleyes.gif)

I wonder if it's really a Porsche made piece??? (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/rolleyes.gif)

Tom

Definately a home made piece. Just look at the galvanized metal they used. No way is that something Porsche used on a 914. Kinda cool thought.

I think I sold that set to the guy. It came in my car with A/C and the short mailbox console.

The only thing that is rare about these is the fact they are aftermarket. The dead give away is that the factory guages are larger and the mount with the rubber rings only! The three are too large to fit in the radio hole with stock gaskets.
