today, i did the rear coilovers again (more on that later), front trunk seal, and other stuffs....
i left my carb synchrometer at joes, so i attempted the "use a hose" old skool method. and as luck would have it, it seems to have worked out (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smile.gif) after the car idled for ten minutes or so... and it was dialed in pretty good... we (my friend/mechanic) matt and i took it for a drive. H O LY CRAP its fun. so the carbs need some tweeking still *just* a little... we did a few full throttle 1-2-3 and 1-2-3-4 runs down the street... (black car...no plates, no headlights, no front bumper... just running foglights) and man it is fast and fun..... sounds great with the euro race header... just wanted to share... |

I put up the 275's on mine, now I cant get the car planted in 2nd.. push the throttle down at 3k and it just spins em.... but it turns in... BOY DOES IT TURN IN!! How do those springs on your car make your handle? |
