I'll be there with BCinSC. We'll have a table somewhere. I can't bring the 914 even though a very kind member offered to help me fix it. I just don't have the time to fix the and get enough product together to sell.

Please stop by and say Hi.

I'm going to try to make this one.
Leaking FI, but should be an easy fix.
Put me in for the 914 parking.

Anyone interested in getting a few car together for the ride down???
Jersey could be a meeting place for all from the north and LI.

I'll be there on Saturday with a few things to sell or give away. I need more room for the stuff I need to buy there!

I'll be there looking for one or two race seats. I'd like a set of Corbeau Forzas with 914 mounting rails. Anyone selling something similar. I've got a Kirkey race seat in there now i'd like to sell. Anyone interested?

I won't be driving the 914, in a month i hope to complete the MS install and have it partially tuned.

But I can take pics of the seat, take measurements and if you are interested I can bring it to Hershey.

I believe Carlisle is going on too! (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/beer.gif)

that would be spring carlisle but spring carlisle is an antique auto as in model T's, A's more antique than 914's. if you're interested in carlisle and our cars, check out import/kit car carlisle in may. they have a web site. import carlisle has lots of british, swedish, kit cars.

And no Porsches except for NARPs!

At least, that's the way it looks to me... last year there were 5 914's, 2 Boxsters, and a few 944's. Oh, and one blue 1970 911 with a 2.4 MFI engine.

I have to wonder what else was going on that Porsche people would have gone to... perhaps there was an event that day at VIR or Summit Point last year.

Mike,

Fire it up, I am sure it will be fine. Let me know if you want to do it Sat I am free. I have that computer with win98 and serial port for tuning if you still need it. It is amazing what you can get done when you have a week off.

Nick,

I imagine you'll be going up I-270 to US 15, right? I live in Hagerstown so it's more likely for me to get on I-81.

Mike - Just do it. It has been touched by a Doctors hands. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/laugh.gif)

All that are interested in a caravan should chime in so we can start to map it out. If enough are interested I will come up with a centralized meeting place. Maybe I could get a local shop to host a lunch for us.
Lets see a show of hands with locations and desired arrival times/dates.

Thanks for all of the encouragment guys. I hooked up the battery today and the fuel pump was running...with the keys out (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/rolleyes.gif) I spent the whole day re aquainting myself with my wiring that I had let sit for a few months. After the smoke cleared (grounded light wire) things went well. Good thing I have like 15 years of electronics experience (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wink.gif)

The bears den is hard to find but is in the back side of the Hershey lodge and convention center. I will give out my number for anyone who needs it when the time gets near. This way we can all meet up.

today:
-inst lights
-wired new instruments
- got special mirror wired up (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/unsure.gif)
- Installed center console
- Parking Break light wiring
-more....
