Greg...you jealous ass!!  You were so impressed with my 1.8 that you are getting rid of that deadbeat 2 liter to do a swap, aren't you? (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/laugh.gif)

no, that's why i bought the 1.8. I will have .6 liters on your ass. (cumulative) (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/laugh.gif)

Yea, and the new 914 was on jackstands for the PPI!

Yea, and neither does racing to the next turn-out. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/rolleyes.gif) (inside joke.)

making it a true 914. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smile.gif)
now i really feel like i am part of the non-club.
not only do i have one 914 on jackstands, I HAVE 2 (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif) (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wacko.gif)

now all i need to do is dismantle both them, so neither one of them run, and work on a 2 year conversion plan (which will magically become 4-6 years).

or gint's (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/poke.gif) (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif)

you see, i have it figured out. Once anyone starts to take a running 914 apart, they quickly figure out that it is easier to just buy another one instead putting the previously running one back together. then they take that one apart, and buy another, and the cycle continues.......... it's freakin' addictive (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/chairfall.gif)

So the moral of the story is...

If you have to take it apart...put it back together as quickly as you can.

Sitting in the garage in one piece is better than it sitting in the garge in pieces. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wink.gif)

It is the "ultimate hot start fix" and it doesn't have to be on jackstands (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/laugh.gif)
