I am replacing the rear engine seal and need to remove the fan hub (or do I) - pictured below. How does this come off? The Haynes manual is useless!

Looking at the photo, do you think that is my leaking problem? I will also be replacing the oil pump gasket

Found the answer - a gear puller. How about reinstalling??

you do know that the fan is at the front of the engine?????

you have to remove the flywheel to replace the rear engine seal.........

Instlation is the reverse of removal. Line up the key-was and slip it in place and SMACK it with the gear puller and tourque it to spec... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
