I am replacing the rear engine seal and need to remove the fan hub (or do I) - pictured below. How does this come off? The Haynes manual is useless!

Looking at the photo, do you think that is my leaking problem? I will also be replacing the oil pump gasket

Found the answer - a gear puller. How about reinstalling??

you have to remove the flywheel to replace the rear engine seal.........

Instlation is the reverse of removal. Line up the key-was and slip it in place and SMACK it with the gear puller and tourque it to spec... biggrin.gif
