So the correct way is with the VW logo upside down. WHY? Some people say they are less likely to leak when the logo is upside-down. I think it is an urban legend. Due to warpage, use, and old age, some valve covers might be more likely to leak in one orientation than the other. So if yours are not leaking, keep the same orientation. If they leak, flip them around and see if it is better. But theoretically, they should work the same either way. Demick |

Yes
And you need to mount roller skates on the Targa Bar and front hood because, as you know, you will be upside down, but your valve covers will display the VW logo correctly and won't leak. |
