I like the second one best, but the first one is nice, except my fear of the collar fade... The 914world.com logo would be cool on the breast... Thanks John.. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)

I like the polo
A full white T is a little plain maybe (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif) Is "cloudy" light gray T an option? Either way, John, let me know when/what you need for the printer and I'll send it your way |

we can also do the new badge design on the front
single color (like my avatar) and replace "kurvenmeister" with "RedRockClassic" (if it fits the space - not sure, I'll have to try) or RRC 2006 |

Have you guys considered doing the full art on the front with the back dedicated to sponsors & vendors who have pitched in?
...just wonderin', that's how we've been doing the Fall Foliage Classic and the vendors like it, plus they get a free T shirt out of it. |

Sure it is possible, but I'm not alone in this. We would be stuck with crappy results without Jeoren's graphic skills. If he is willing / able to do the art, I can get it printed. Eihter way, we should decide soon. It would be best to have the shirt options ready when we go public with the registration details.
Do we have an accurate and complete list of the vendors who will be donating prizes? We certainly wouldn't want to leave anybody out. QUOTE . . . . the vendors like it, plus they get a free T shirt out of it. I don't understand how the vendors end up with a 'free' shirt. Somebody has to pay for it one way or the other. Would the money come from the registration fees? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) I like the idea of the new badge for the front. |

They get a free shirt for their contributions...yes, someone has to pay for it, but it's a Thank You we do for our sponsors. At $15 per shirt (for those who order) there is a bit of profit to pay for sponsors schtuff.

Sean,
There is ZERO profit margin in our registration, (Can't speak for the shirts) and with 8-10 sponsors at $15 a pop, we can't afford it. IMO, the sponsors donate not only to help us out (which we truly appreciate) but also to bring some recognition to themselves. So while it helps us, it helps them too. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) I'd love to give a shirt to each sponsor, but we are scraping by on our current registration fee. This is a not-for-profit effort on the organizers. We would have to raise the current registration to cover the cost of the sponsors shirts. But if we do include sponsor names on the shirts, the advertising, should be thank you enough IMO (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) |

artwork for the sponsors is not a problem...
since you're low on cash, you don't need to send your sponsors a free shirt they get a "bonus" for being on the shirt already! |

If Jeroen is willing to do the art - I say: "full speed ahead". (IMG:style_emoticons/default/burnout.gif)
I think it looks 'cooler' with sponsor logo's added, plus it is a nice 'thank you' to give the sponsors 50 walking advertisements. You get the idea . . . Definitely the new badge for the front. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) I don't know how the FFC does it, but in this case the shirts are a private service. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/bye1.gif) Not likely, but if only 30 shirts are sold - I am screwed. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) 50 will give me a free one, plus I have always sent one to Jeroen. The 'flat fee' postage rates I charge also need to be supplemented. Only once have I ended up in the hole after the final accounting. In the past I have given a few 'free' shirts to other 'Club' members, when there were extras. I would love to be able to promise some as gifts to the sponsors, but I am not is a position to do so. If enough shirts are sold, that may be possible. I do expect a lot of people to order shirts. I had planned for any excess revenue will be added to the charity donation. |

John,
I have not received notification from any of the sponsors that they would be sending cash. Great idea on the shirts, the sponsor logos on the back are great. I still like the all white t-shirt, but dig the sponsors on the back, better then crowding the front and back. |
