(technical term, hahahaha) Dunno (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif) something crazy the PO put on there. I have MOST of the stock pieces to put back on it. Just not everything so I deal with that funky thing for now. |

Looks like L-Jetronic to me. At least, the intake manifold, throttle body, AAV, CSV -- the rest looks like reminants of D-Jetronic vacuum and smog plumbing.

Whoops. Maybe so. I don't see an Air Flow Meter so possibly maybe.
I might also be blind, but I don't see a manifold pressure sensor in the pic. |

1.7L D-Jet ...
the tank vent return is hooked up wrong, that's supposed to go to the air-filter ... right now, you're venting your cylinder heads into your tank evap system/charcoal filter! or worse, the other way round ... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/WTF.gif) both, the tank evap and the heads are supposed to vent into the airfilter ... speaking of, what the heck is that bling thing doing there? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif) Andy PS: also, it could use a good cleaning ... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/poke.gif) |
