I see the clickable banner, but who are these guys?
Are they a paid advertiser?
Do they offer discounts to 914 drivers?
Has anybody done an event with them?
Are they a safe, fun group?

Possibly the latter rather than the former.

Every time a Britt posts. Another kitten dies.

Hmm

Not the correct spelling of our very own SLITS real last name I believe.

So everytime a kitten is born, I lose a post?

Aaron. I think you have the appropriate answer for this. I mean the kitten thing.

As you read the book more recently than I.

Those poor little precious kittens... dying because of one mans need to post.

I need to go have a good cry.

But does teh inverse apply?

If I delete my posts and tell this site to kiss off, do the kittens come back to life?

headrage and race914 ran with them at buttonwillow i think

I ran with Leadfoot Adventures at Buttonwillow in August. I was looking for a High Temp test day to test my new oil cooler, and their track day worked with my schedule so I gave them a try.

Very personable staff. Good general opening drivers meeting. Extra session for the students. Had enough turn stations manned. Workers knew their stuff. Run groups were put together well, (no unsafe speed differentials) I had fun 'battling with a Lotus Elise" in my run group! I heard others praise the instruction they received. Not a huge thing, but I loved the run schedule being put on a 2"x3" laminated card with a neck lanyard, thought that was a nice touch!

Besides myself: Headrage, Nine14cats and Brad Roberts were there and we all pitted together for a mini 914club reunion!

Great event. Will definitely run with them again. Thinking about their Buttonwillow event in December...

britt and alpha did their time as club bitch.....

Britt and Alpha are cheap posers and imitators.

There is only one Club Bee-otch.

You know who I mean....
The original -
The *official* 914 club 'go to guy' when you want to pick on a fellow member -
The founder of the CGBC -
The real club whipping boy -

need another hint?

I agree with Greg, Leadfoot Adventures is trying to make their case to be a great group to run with. The lanyards were a very nice touch and there was a nice amount of track time.

They are new to the game but have been officers in the S2000 Club of America. (I'm a card carrying member!) and they can drive. They are open to suggestions and making every effort they can to be successful. I plan on running with them again on December 10th at Thunderhill if I can get either Fritz or the yet to be named Boxster running.
