QUOTE(396 @ Apr 21 2009, 06:12 PM) *

Ok.. we are into April of 09 now..any new updates?
Do we see day light? Don't get me wrong, I do appreciate the help..but we are going on or past three years now:)

OK, I'm as frustrated as everyone else (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

I speak to Steve on a weekly basis, he is a 2 man operation and has been extremely busy, and he has apologized to me many times.

That being said he is still commited to completing the kits, the problem has been over the struts being to strong and have the tendency to bend the headlight doors.

I already asked him if he would sell the kits w/o the struts and he answer is no, he wants to have a complete kit with the correct the struts.

So again everyone please hang in there

I talked to Steve briefly at Hershey this year.

No real news to say other than he still hadn't resolved the strut issue.

My only concern i told him was that the check I sent him for the kit probably wouldn't go through after all this time seeing as to how he hadn't cashed any that were sent to him. He told me not to worry about it, we'd fix that minor issue later.

I'm still being patient.

unfortunately no, sorry all the kits are spoken for.

latest update:
spoke to Steve this morning, presently strut issues were resolved and a set of intsallation instuctions is being worked on as we speak.

he will try to send me a kit for install in my car to see if they forgot anything (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I know it has been a long row to hoe for this kit but I would think the list would be this thread if there is going to be another run of these. I can't remember but i think i missed the first run by 2 or 3 people and would hope that I would get a shot at one of the second run kits if they ever come about. My .02

it will go by the order of the original list from this thread and if anyone has dropped off it logicly does in order of who is next on the waiting list

as far as 2nd run I don't know at this time if there will be one

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/poke.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/poke.gif) second run is always easier than the first. Might take half as long! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/poke.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/poke.gif)
