Start a new application of Iexplore.exe. Go to www.trendmicro.com/housecall. Run the online virus, malware, and spyware scan. Or just run msconfig.exe and shut off all but the basic applications. Then reboot and it will allow you to manually run your virus scanner. |

Use System Restore and restore it back to a date that you know the computer to be working as it should.
Start > Programs > Aceesories > System Tools > System Restore Use the calendar to choose the date you want, click OK--it will restore files and reboot. Good Luck, Mark |
