Just for a comparison: California was the 47th "Most" Smartest State http://www.mercurynews.com/mld/mercurynews/news/15774292.htm

That's why there is no daylight saving time in Arizona - they could never dumb down the instructions enough where anyone could understand it, so they said "what the heck" and abolished it. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)
