First of all, I never touched his car. Z stole the sticker while my back was turned. And please note the Forestry Department approved spark arrestor. That car has made so many off road excursions they required it. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/poke.gif)

Z: Your car clearly needs aerodynamic re-engineering. Stop by the next NARP-BQ and we'll hook you up.

Its gotta be black and white to match the car. We're going to have to give it that R-Gruppe look though. So we have to find some 34 year old German cardboard.

In keeping with the vinyl theme of the car, we could cover it in vinyl. I've got some leftover from upholstering my center console and door panels.

OK...let me esplain this REAL slowly so that the smog exempt weenies can understand.

There's a 3.6 in there....I wanted heat, so I have modified 993 heat exchangers and I had to swing the flanges 90 degrees to fit.....it's an 83 body, it needs to pass smog....so that means a mixing area for the 02 sensor, a CATALYTIC converter, and a muffler AFTER that....in limited space....AND passing the San Diego PCA dbA limits when AX and DE....so.....the Supertrapp brings it down within that limit.

Sucks driving 4 hours and getting black flagged because my pipe is too loud.

Lot of work to be reasonably quiet, smog legal and have heat.....it sucks having 280hp in a 2600lb car..... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/bootyshake.gif)

you're a sick, sick man Z.... I like it (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Turbos are really good at quieting a car down. Try one of them.

And 280HP is more fun in a 2000lb car (IMG:style_emoticons/default/happy11.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/bootyshake.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/happy11.gif)
