(IMG:style_emoticons/default/agree.gif) With Tony. They had Nike sites all along the west coast until the '60's and that one looks to be in the bay area.

BTW Tony, as you drive along the San Pedro part of the PV drive, there are a bunch of old 16" gun implacements.

When I was a kid we use to go down there and watch the asians (no dis-respect intended) pluck the snails from the ivy that grew around them.

They would occasionally fire them off for testing, and believe me, it would shake the shit out of our windows. I remember it really well even though I was only 6 or 7 at the time. Scared the (IMG:style_emoticons/default/stromberg.gif) out of me...

Ding Ding Ding. Milan is correct. Its a tricky one, because its not really the prototypical Italian looking city (like Rome or Florence).
