Felix,
I'll hold the sale price for you. What's your transplanted engine (ie. do you need a 3/8" line for a six)?
Do you want just the 2 pc tunnel lines for both cars? or 4pc for your buddy.

Chris,

I have the Audi 2.7tt, which line size to you recommmend? I don't know what the factory line size is but I know it's high pressure.

I'll take a pair while Rob will take the 4 line set up.

Will send payment today.

Thanks,
Felix

3/8" supply should be fine.

1 do you have a line set to convert a 73 to front pump?
2 what pieces are included?
3 do you make a fuel rail with provisions for a pressure gauge?
4 how much w/ s/h?
(IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)

My late style set is perfect for conversion to front pump. You have a choice of going with just the tunnel lines (both 5/16") or the 4 pc set that includes two 5/16" engine comp. lines. Prices including shipping are $79 (2pc) or $115 (4 pc).
I don't make fuel rails. IIRC many stock rails have provisions for a pressure gauge with a tee between the injector take-offs facing up and out.

would the earlier lines (3/8 & 5/16) work the same? is there some advantage to smaller feed line?

The output fitting on the pump is closer to 5/16". If you go with a 3/8" line the connecting hose won't fit well at one end. The factory changed the tunnel lines to both 5/16" (8mm) when they moved the pump.

chris
1)where exactly are the 2 other pieces located in the 4 pc set?
2)if i install the 75-6 set on my 73 are there any other mods needed to move my three port pump to the front?- can i just tee in the third (relief line) to the tank return line?
3)i relize im late in finally ordering -but- will you honor the sale price??
thanks, mike

1) They go here:

2) no other mods, tee - yes.

3) That batch sold out. I'm holding the list price for now but may be raising it soon due to increased stainless prices.

Hi Chris,
I installed the tunnel fuel lines and it would seem that they are too long;-)
You think maybe the jackstands made my car shrink?? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/alfred.gif)
What dp you suppose is the best/easiest way to trim off about an inch without removing them from the car???

If the forward bend was tightened just a little they would have more clearance. I thinkyou have to pull them out to make a change.
