Mr Bowlsby I beleive we did talk about it and no, none are LE cars. It doe's have the gray headlight pivot plastic. Rather than the black.
Scotty no problem, Jim is now down to only two Irish green 914-6s and the orange race car.
I probably wouldn't have so many if I didn't have a storage building.

I'd like to see Canada added to the poll. Yes we have 10 provinces but so few 914's I think we should just be happy to be counted as one.

one is registered in CA - no idea where the car is, physically.
the yellow car is in PA with me, last on any state's registry in about 1980, i can only imagine what kind of hassle i'll have trying to get it registered here now ...

Dave, You posted it in the "So what is up with drifting" thread. I thought it looked out of place when I read it and thought you probably meant to post it to this thread. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/happy11.gif)

If were counting parts cars I could come up with 100 cars in the Oshawa area alone.

Runners (or soon to be) we may have 30-50 cars across Ontairio, Canada. I'd say only about 25% of the owners are on the net.

100 parts cars (IMG:style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif) ...where? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)
I've been looking for parts cars for over a year, bought 1/2 a car once, but seem to strike out every other time I look. I've even taken out adds in Southern Ontario and Ottawa areas to find some parts cars. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/headbang.gif)
Best I could do was a couple of deals owners wanted $2000 for a broken back " collectors item" (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cool_shades.gif)

Great poll, looks like I am the only one in Oregon that owns 914s. All eight of them. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Don't know if this has any applicability to this poll....but a few years ago I read that there were more registered vehicles in the county of Los Angeles than in the entire state of Texas!

O.K., I promise to get this right this time and in the right place.
In two years of collecting E-Mails of 914ers in the Mid West ,this is what I have found. There is a big communication gap, some 914ers think they are the only ones in there town. When there is a decent number.
That is where this board and the bird come into play,we have to put our location on every post. and not be reluctant to contact each if there in close proximity.
So this is the numbers for the Mid West!!!
OHIO-43
IND.15
MO. -6
TENN.-13
ONT.-11
WIS.-13
MICH.-61
KY.-6
Ill.-9
Mo.4

My total to date is 181, i am not complaining but there has to be more. If you are reading this and are not sure please contact me. Thanks Dave (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smilie_flagge6.gif)

I still think there are left less than 10k cars, runners that is. It seems that in the Wash area all the ones that were parked in the side yards, under tarps etc have all rusted away. Most of the 914 owners in Seattle do check this site although they just lurk. They always suprise me when we have a event here and they just show up, "Hi, I have a 914 and decided to meet you guys".
Even the junkyards have said that the 914's just don't come in anymore as they assumed they are all gone.

We had close to 20 come to last years Alki 914 event
