The history on this one sounded too much like the history of my signal orange car to pass up - Original AZ car, disassembled in the late eightys, needs to be completed, and hopefully this new one is as rust free as my orange car.

I will be picking it up most likely on the 17th. I'm looking forward to building another 914! - I must be crazy....

Looks like a good clean car to start with.

What are your plans for this one? I hope you perform a nice original resto like you did on your orange car.

Good luck and keep us updated.

The car is in NE Ohio, Warren area.

I will not know the direction of the car until I see her and she "talks" to me. But I am leaning heavily toward a Chevy V8. I need a PorChev to keep the garage mates happy (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Doug... after picking up many a car I finally shipped one via carrier.

Do this you will thank yourself later. Saves on agravation and frustration.

I just shipped the TR6 from Western IL to AKron OH for $350.00. Worth every freakin penny. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
