Damned close E. Looks to be about 3/4" too short streched out. Might be a little fat as well. What did you do... cut up a bike inner tube (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) ?

That's not fully stretched... just with some slack off it.
These are standard issue rubber bands. Not inner-tubes. I got some dry bags (river rafting stuff) and they all came wrapped in these. Can someone measure the ones you need and we'll see how close it is? |

Looks like you could cut them in 1/2 and they'd be almost perfect.
