Saturday, October 6, 2007
8:00 am - 8:25 am Warm Up - American Le Mans Series (All Classes)
8:00 am American Le Mans Series refueling installation shall be ready for inspection
9:00 am - 9:45 am Panoz Racing Series Race - 45 minutes
10:15 am - 11:15 am Recon Laps / Pre-Race Activities / American Le Mans Series Vitesse Program (by invitation only)
11:15 am Petit Le Mans for the American Le Mans Series (Round 11) - 1,000 miles or 10 hours maximum
2:00 pm Kumho Girls Autograph Session at the American Le Mans Series merchandise Tent located at Vendor Village

I think we should try to meet uparound 10 am, so we can say Hi and then go to our respective viewing locations in time for the start. I would like to make the rendevous point at the PCA corral, but I'm open to alternatives (maybe Jakes #41 spot on the backstretch or somewhere in between like the semi-circular seating area just north of the infield tunnel between turns 9 and 10a)

I've got a "curvenmeister" hat from the old club days I can wear. I think if we settle on a time it won't be difficult to pick us out. In the tent there will probably be activity at that time, but if the corral is at the usual location there will be a metal grandstand between the parking area and the track and next to the tent more or less. I'll be there -the PCA grandstand- at 10 on Saturday with the navy curvenmeister hat on. I'll PM my cell number to all tomorrow.

We'll have a cnopy set up for our Germanlook VW Club (Volksport Kafer Gruppe) at the area adjacent to the Porsche corral.. Look for a canopy sporting UGA colors and we'll be around it somewhere!

I drove the '58 356 coupe up from Jacksonville, Florida 2-3 years ago. Wish I could go, but I'm close to finishing up the replacement of my floor pans.

10 am at the PCA corral sounds great! Rob and I have the Porsche Platz Parking Permit. We thought we would be there today (friday), but due to some 914 issues...we are leaving tomorrow. We will be at the track at 7 am Saturday morning in the corral. Rob is bringing his black 914 (that is still under restoration). He is having so much fun with it!

See everyone there! Drive safe!
