Dan, that last shirt design is very very nice (IMG:style_emoticons/default/drooley.gif)

I don't know which sun is better though, the original or the new sun. I think it depends on the look you're going for. The original sun looks more vintage. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Daniel,

For what it's worth, I like the palm, sun, combo. I think it fits with the year of the car. It's a shirt that people would have worn in the 70's kind of a retro t-shirt..

QUOTE(harlenl @ Sep 26 2007, 01:13 PM) *

First of all, good job on the artwork. I like how you have balanced the picture with the sun and palm tree offset by the 914. You have a real talent. I vote no for the eyes, too cartoonish for me. Reminds me of a Pixar film.

As for t-shirt color, orange is the "new black" as my wife calls it. It's ok, too Halloweenie? Perhaps. If we all wore it to the same event we would certainly look like a club...or cult. Just my 2 cents.

So the Pixar Car eyes are not gonna be in the final print. From all the comments and critique the design has led to this:

Can you have an option of shirt colors and just print the black logo on them?
That way everyone gets a shirt color they want.

I still want a yellow shirt.......

Yeah, ive been thinking about that option, but i dont wanna run too many colors, which in turn equals even more sizes+colors to worry about. At most i'll prolly run 3 colors. Lets make signal orange, sunflower yellow, and....? I want colors that pop. Not your normal blacks, grays, and browns...

Yeah im highly going w/ Signal Orange (or something closest to that), Sunflower Yellow, and my girlfriend suggested Guard's Red. Just realized all these colors are used when describing a sun.

I see the point of having the howard agency, so I wont argue with that, but it seems kinda slapped on there, maybe you can curve it to look more like a windshield banner, maybe just say howard agency so its a little bigger and comes out in the printing?

my 2 x 10^-2 dollars

will do! the design isnt at the final stage yet. Ill prolly just leave it on the windshield and affix its angle. It should show up clearly when the design is printed on the back. The print on the rear should be the width of the shoulder blades or slightly larger.
