I have a line on a roller 944 at a good price with Fuchs all around. What does it take to make the rotors and brakes fit the 914?

Brakes are 3.5" bolt spacing, while stock 914 struts are set up for 3.0" You need 911SC struts, or bush/weld/drill the brake, or the strut if you keep the stock unit.

Other than having to modify the brakes do the hubs slip right on?

No, I don't think it is anywhere near that easy. Depends on the specific 944; what year and exactly what calipers & suspension. Caliper mounting offsets are likely to be different. Front & rear suspensions are completely different. I'd guess that the Fuchs are the best part of the deal, and even their offset may require spacers. The Turbo calipers are more like 3.75" spacing. Slim pickings I think.

the 951 brakes are 3.75 and take some work to put on 3.5" 911 struts.
check the fuchs for being real first....

if its a later 944, some of the axle/cv/hub stuff transfers over. do a search and you will see (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
