Well today I embarked on installing the Wevos shift system. All went well however when I tried to install my nice custom pipe and stainless muffler, Its wouldnt clear the Wevos case.
What type of exhaust systems are folks usings with the Wevos system? Do they use the "Megaphone" system the Patrick offers? Are these kinda too loud? Suggestions would be great! Cheers |

I hope you would answer my cry for help (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) I could tell from the other thread you had some experince with this system. Ok, you added 2 inches to your headers. Would this do the same thing? - http://www.patrickmotorsports.com/part/737/ I couldnt see how you supported the headers / muffler. What did you use? Since we are on the Wevo topic, how does it shift! Im dying to find out! Cheers and Thanks a million! |

Cheers and Thanks a million! those are for shorty sprint headers, where you run 18" megaphones and no mufflers... those extend the shorty headers several inches, to standard header lengths. |

Kudos to you sir.
you kept a great picture diary of how you put your car together. Can you tell me, or do you have a picture of how you mounted the shift bushing that goes thru the fire wall? |

Ok,
This is what I ended up with, I only had 4 1/2 Inches of clearance between the Wevo end case and the 916 valance. This is a new steup offered by PMS. Attached thumbnail(s) |
