Hi all! I used to be on this forum like 20 years ago with my last 74. I had to sell that one when my 3rd kid came along and it didn't make much sense to have a 2-seater at the time. It was a long wait, but I'm glad to be back with this 74 1.8. I love it! It needs plenty of tinkering, but all the main systems are solid. I'm excited to be back!

Gorgeous car!

I'm in the early throws of restoring a 73 one. Mine is Sunflower yellow, is that what yours is? (He's called THE COLONEL.) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/welcome.png) Again! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)

Thanks! Originally I was looking for a sunflower yellow - this one is actually Saturn Yellow - but it's made me a believer. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Picked up another 914-6 from its long time owner. Period Stoddard mods make it fun. 55k miles with well earned patina.

On and off for 12 months until I was able to get it for the right price. The last owner had the car 28 years.
