Dear Past P2O attendees:

Porsches2Oxford registration is now open. Please visit our website at www.porsches2oxford.com to register for this years event which takes place on Saturday July 26th. Payments may be made this year using a credit card (or you may again send us a check).

P2O promises to be even bigger and better in 2008. In anticipation of having more than 300 cars attend this year, we have obtained additional street space in beautiful uptown Oxford. Griot's Garage and Beechmont Porsche of Cincinnati are both returning as major sponsors. We will again be having a "People's Choice' car show with awards to the top thirty-five vote getting cars. We will again be awarding over $3000 in great door prizes.

Your $20 per car registration fee (unchanged from last year) will again include an event T-shirt and event poster. (In order to get the T-shirt and poster, your registration fees must be paid a week in advance of the show.)

We will be having a Sunday morning road rally which is professionally organized and run by Scenic Road Rallies. There is an additional fee for this event and the the number of participating cars is limited to fifty. There is a link from the P2O site to the Scenic Road Rallies site where you can sign up for the Sunday rally.

Overnight lodging information can be found on the P2O site. If you are planning on spending a night (or two) in Oxford, we encourage you to make your reservations as soon as possible. The Elms Hotel is already sold out for both Friday and Saturday nights.

We willl be improving our marketing and advertising efforts in an attempt to increase attendance this year. However, 'word of mouth' advertising from previous attendees is pricesless. With that in mind, we are asking you to help us spread the word about what a unique event P2O really is. Please tell your friends about what a great time you've had at P2O in past years.

If you wish to assist as an event volunteer, please indicate your willingness to do so in the "comments section' of the on-line registration form. If you, or anyone you know is interested in being a Porsches2Oxford sponsor this year, please contact me asap. The cost of promoting your business on the back of 400 T-shirts and in all P2O materials is only $250. As always, all advertising and registration fees are re-invested back into the event.

Thanks again for your continued support.

See you in Oxford on Saturday July 26th.

Brice Kadel

P2O Co-Chairperson

P.S. While visiting the P2O site, don't forget to check out the 2007 event video and pictures!

I am planning on attending this year also. Porsches 2 Oxford is one of the best car shows that I have attended. The location they have downtown around the square is a great set up. The restaurants and pubs are open throughout the day so good food and drink are readily available. I have been the last 2 years and the 914 crowd has been in the 12 to 15 or so car range. And, the 914's do well with taking home awards (especially Kelly's). Last year 4 or 5 different 914's won awards.

This event is a great Porsche show and has been a fantastic 914 gathering.
