I was removing my inner CV joints to change the boots and when I got the passenger side off and cleaned the grease I realized that the cage that holds the bearings in place was cracked. There are two cracks, one on each side of one of the openings that holds a bearing.

Does anybody know if this will cause problems? I would assume that it would. Does anybody know where I can get one of those parts?

Thanks,
Steve

It will not work, the cage will no longer retain the balls correctly. The 914 joints are NLA as a new part.
