The is the combo gauge mounted in the left side of the dash. The PET indicates that this gauge was for 73 914/4 2.0 cars which came without a center console.

More common is the gauge which has a brake warning light on top, instead of the temp gauge.

Other combo gauges:

914.641.101.10 - 914/6
914.641.101.20 - 914/6
914.641.101.30 - 914/4 2.0 1973 for cars without center console
914.641.101.50 - 914/4 2.0 1974, 1975, 1976 for cars without center console
914.641.102.40 - 914/4 1.7 & 2.0 1970, 1971, 1972, 1973
914.641.102.50 - 914/4 1.8 & 2.0 1974, 1975, 1976
