I had a 76 parts car last year that is now gone, but while going through a box of parts to put on ebay I came across the gauge cluster trim panel. Did all 75-76 cars A) have plastic trim panel instead of metal & B ) EGR & CAT indicators on it?
Just wondering (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif) Attached image(s) |

76 for sure. I think a PO added those since I have one here that is identical to a early just plastic.

I think ONLY CA cars had the EGR and CAT lights. I would have to double check the dealer service and info guide.

My (non-CA) '76 parts car has only the plain plastic panel (no holes for EGR or CAT lights).

Interesting.
My 76, which I assume is a 49-state car because it has a "non-catalyst" decal in the door jamb next to the VIN, does not have those lights. The gauge panel is plastic. |
