October is fine. Either location is fine with me. If the teener will do 6 hours it will do 8!

So far ACH has votes. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) I agree, not during Halloween and my 1yr wedding anniversary is the 18th so nothing around there.

I'll check the UGA Football schedule and look at the schedule for Land Speed racing as we have a new forced induction record to set with the Peanut Special... We should be cooking around 152MPH :-)

OK, I have updated the 1st post to reflect all of those that have expressed interest. 17 total with 2 paying students and 15 spectators. I am gonna need some more paying students to make it worth while (tickets, food, lodging expenses). If you are not on the lists or on the wrong list, let me know. If you dont PM me I wont put you on the paying list as I dont want to assume (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
It looks like early Oct at ACH. Is this OK with everyone? Is there an airport near by I can fly into? |

If those with working cars want to stop by and then show off by going for a drive, well then...... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) I'm a good go-fer... I'll go-fer beer at a moments notice, and maybe eats too after a little longer. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beer.gif) pic 1- 914s at Jake's for the 2006 Southeast classic pic 2- the noise room pic 3- my gear stack goin in after the Doc's sweet rebuild. Attached thumbnail(s) |

If I am able to make it, I will be a paying student, not a spectator. Hopefully things will work out!
I even discussed it with SWMBO last night and she is 'tentatively' OK with it. So, it all depends on the car. |

I'm pondering a reduced ramble- scenic drives, AX only. We haven't been canvasing for prizes like last year. Rusty and the rest of last years organizers have opted out.
Stand by for last minute decisions... |

I have an idea of trying to get a group buy for 1st sliders since currently the cheapest ones are at Pelican for $435 and most of you will need them I bet.
Maybe AA can hook us up? |
