OK,
I requested the following sizes:

2 XS
5 S
16 M
36 L
37 XL
4 XXL

100 TOTAL

I have also asked if someone could pickup the shirts, they are in San Mateo. I will pass all info as it comes.

Jeff,
How can we pay? Do we have cash, check, charge? Right now I don't have the $$ to float this one.

thanks.

We can have them picked up in San Mateo, not a problem, saves shipping cost. Sales tax will add about $50., thats expected.

Given that we have the promised free GPR shirts, and Johns Polos are available, these would go into the goodie bags at not cost to the attendees. We therefore only need 70 shirts. Can we save costs by only printing 70 shirts? I can follow-up with a revised size/quantity list.

When can they be ready for pickup? Do they have the art and are they ready to go upon finalizing the order?

I can cover the costs by check, cash or charge...who do I contact? Maybe I can finalize the order today by phone?

Thanks Sean.

Jeff,
The shirts are on a 12 day turn. We can save a bit of money by reducing the qty, but it won't be a huge savigs. I've done a lot of the hats/shirts things and I'd recomend getting the 100. There will be some folks just popping in. Even if they aren't registered they may want to buy a T-shirt for $10. We will have absolutely no problem selling the extras. I could have ordered an extra 50 hats and had all of them sold by now. The guys are hungry for 914 specific swag.

I asked Macey what we needed to get started. This was her response:
"Well as far as payment is concerned - you can either give us a credit card - we authorize the entire amount and don't charge it until your order is shipped. Or you can put a 60% deposit down and pay the rest upon receipt of goods.
Or we can take a check if that is easiest for you - let me know what works - Thanks!"

If you want her contact info I can pass it along.

Other than that they will need the art. If Jeroen can email that me then I can forward it to her.

I just spoke with Macey. Order placed, pending receipt of revised artwork, which she is aware of and expecting and will confirm when she receives it. Financials taken care of. Turns out the printer is right here in my hometown...San Jose.

Good work men. Jeroen and Sean, you are incredible.
