This is what the crush washer looks like. I can make them, but have been just buying them. I may look at these in the future. Not hard to make, just takes some more tooling. The graphics were not expensive, it's how I produce the inlays that has a set up cost as well as a production cost. The material must also be UV stable. So to get materials that met my criteria I have to pay a little more. It would have been really easy to do when I set up these. Attached thumbnail(s)

I got one of Marks 911 balls and it is nice. It probably will go on a cable shifter on the 914 for a suby tranny.
