The two rubber hoses that come out of the back of the steering wheel. How do they find their way to the spare tire and the two squirters?

There is a bout 1" hole that has a rubber gromet molded for all the cables for the fresh air and the windshield washer lines. Its right behind the fresh air controls high up just below the underside of the dash.
