Hi Pete,

I would be in for 2 sets for the pass side for sure. Will these be offered/sold as a set ( 4 pieces for l/r sides) or individually ?

Thanks,

They would be sold as a left set and right set.

The tooling is designed. It just needs to be cut. I didnt think these pieces would be too hot, what does everyone think?

I still havent got the die in the press. We have been suffling the shop around as we bought two more massive cnc milling machines. I will ask to get that die put in soon to see if I need to make any adjustments to the tool.

Time flies, 10 year anniversary of the new RD under the DeJonge family's excellent leadership. Anything special planed for this years open house and swap meet?

I know end of September, but what day is it this year?

BTW if you haven't been to the RD open house it is worth the trip just to see their operation. Every year they have new presses or mills.
Plus they have Timmy's (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Yes it is our 10 year anniversary! Boy, time flies!

We are under construction currently adding more warehouse space to accommodate all the new dies and parts we are also working on. Due to this fact, the swap meet will be held at our friends at Whailtail. We still plan to have an open house after the construction is complete. We anticipate that to be in October.

Any plans for door skins or at least the bottom 1/4? I would prefer the entire skin though. Lower door inner section would also be nice, but does not show as much.

I tried the tooling and some components broke. I need to sit back and rethink this part and how to stamp it. Sorry, but this part wont be making it to the market for another month or two.

Right now, door skins are not on the radar. I see too many good doors on the market and at swap meets for the tooling to make sense yet.
