Which prong does this yellow wire attatch to?

That is the wire that powers the fuel pump on a 1.8L L-Jet system. It needs to be hooked to one of the two rear most connectors on the 4 pin connector on the relay board.

Without that wire the fuel pump will never run when the engine is cranking, and that will keep the car from starting.

you don't need any of the relays in that relay board....
