Looks great Zach. piratenanner.gif

It is killer that you took it from idea to reality in such a short time.

Cool idea! I'm working on a project using the same T-amp from Parts Express (been using them for years, great company to deal with) and the same Pioneer coaxials (although I'm using 5.25"). That little T-amp rocks, same amp that was used in the Sonic Impact amplifier. I think Parts Express bought the rights to it. No heatsink needed, the chip in the amp barely gets warm. Your gel cell battery should last days before charging. I measured the current draw at an average of 60mA at low volume to up to 250mA during musical peaks.

I found the Pioneers to lack in the bass department so am adding a dual voice coil sub to my speaker box to fill out the lows.

I was out most of last week, only able to get online at airports. I'm still catching up. I'll look for this thread which you speak of.
