Full Version: 914 2.8L heat exchangers

I have a 1972 Porsche 914 which we are in the process of installing a 911 2.7L engine into the bay area. I would like to have heat therefore need to locate or see what my options are on finding some headers that will hook up properly to the 2.7L configuration beneath the 914 with heat exchangers attached! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Stock 914-6 heat exchangers are pretty much unobtainium.

There are aftermarket headers with home made heater boxes available, but they are (IMHO) waaaaay overpriced and the heat output leaves a lot to be desired ...
