A welding project of making my OE ? BUS exhaust work on the 914 went well for a years. Well, the latest boomy, flange leaky, revision has disappointed me
and i fitted/migged patches on the bench with it for a day. Mufflers are after pressure vessels of sorts

The up$ide down 75 1.8L bus is the current eater of rebuild money.
i'm in the market to buy a good used or new muffler. (Local if possible)1.7/1.8, 1973/1974. Stock, Bursch, Sebring style all fine. Engine is very stock. Notched driver side valence.
