Yes, there's a value. Fairly certain it would be 18ftlbs. but... 24.5 comes to mind as well.
Sorry... that's more of a mystery than an answer. I don't have the factory manuals in front of me right now.

Just looked through the Front Axle (Grp 4) factory manual and didn't see anything about a torque spec.
Güten Tite should do it.

Did you check the last page? I know there's specs because I just went through this with my front end. 24.5 is the standard for an M8 but they use 18 as well in some instances.

I believe they have a metal sleeve to keep from over-compressing the rubber ...... if that is the case, I would go with a 'standard' torque for that size bolt in a 'structural' position ....... and ..... put a locking nut on it too .

Thats the spec I would go with...
Same for the three bolts in the body.
