yes, the front access cover plate on the center tunnel. 1 screw holds it on.

Same as on Drv. side except the Drvs. side has "reliefs" to allow Charcole can breathers lines to run on over top of.

Most cars that I have seen here in Michigan are starting to have this same problem. Salt/water gets under the gas tank with the splash shield gone and the rust does it's thing.

Let me know if you can cut those parts for me.
