The simple solution is a hydroboost unit that ties to your power steering. It's what they use with diesel brakes that don't have vacuum for a vacuum assist unit. The problem is going to be a place to mount it. I used one of these in my 71 chevy truck for the brakes and it took a truck that wouldn't stop at all to one that can throw you through the window with little pedal pressure. I LOVE IT!
You could probably mount the unit in the back of the car (by the hydraulic pump) and use the cable to actuate it and build some linkage to connect to the clutch arm.
Or....more complex but clean....Dump the cable, use a small clutch hydraulic clutch MC to actuate the hydroboost. Come out of the hydroboost to another slave cylinder at the clutch arm.
It's a simple set up and would work perfectly if you can find a place to mount it. However, the clutch pedal effort would be almost non existent. You would probably have to use a spring to give you "feel" and to pull the pedal back (use a 911 pedal assy with spring)
