Doh! to slow...

well - let's see... Italian turn signals, fairly rare & unusual. cowl-mounted battery disconnect (kill) switch, don't see that on many street cars - and none with batteries in the conventional location AFAIK - so the battery has almost certainly been relocated to the front. big NACA duct where the oil tank ought to be, so probably that's in the front too, to match the big oil cooler.

past that, i'm guessing just like you. looks 'close' to Olympic blue, just at first glance ...

That's not a good sign. Are they 935 coil-overs, with springs, or do they have torsion bars? If the latter, why would anyone put $$$$ parts designed for coil springs and keep the torsion bars?

Mike,

I think his asking price is 8,000.00

I just returned from driving my car and I'm way too attached to it to consider selling it. With the help of this board and some good friends, I have just completed an upper end engine rebuild with a rebuilt tranny (with 5th/3rd gear swap). I love my little four.wub.gif

So I guess this six is up for grabs. Might be a good deal for someone else on this board. I told him to post an ad in the classifieds.

I'll be happy to give it a closer look for anyone interested. beer.gif

any rust in the car - if not - $8K looks like a fair deal
