Have you tried to fix it?

First thing: Does it get hot when you apply power to it? If yes:

1. Spray a liberal amount of PB Blaster or equivalent into one of the ports and place a rubber cap or stopper on the port.

2. Do the same to the other port and let it sit for half a day.

3. Next, apply 12v power for an hour. (wire lead (+), body/bracket (-)

4. Remove power until the AAR is cold.

5 Repeat 3 & 4 a few times.

6. Remove rubber caps/stoppers and drain.

7. Slowly start blowing into one of the ports with compressed air.

8. Flush with more PB to flush out any residual 'coke' build up and more compressed air.

9. Spray a small amount of WD-40 into the ports to lube the internal shaft.

10. If the AAR is now working properly, re-install on car. If not, Repeat the entire process again.
