Yes the drive home went fine. My son got to play in the ocean at Laguna beach, then we headed up the 55. Man traffic on that road sucks! The 60 was also backed up a mile down the exit on the 91/15, so we just went another 3 miles to catch the 10.

Got home about 9:30 as we made a couple of stops on the way.

I did get some nice pictures, but won't get them posted till probably this evening. Now my wife wants us all to go back out before the beaches are too cold. And I thought I had my dose of So Cal freeways for a while!

Me too... I'm in deep, deep, occasional lurk mode... Refocused for now. Billing consistant consulting hours, and down to 5 cars and a few other toys, non being P-cars... In escrow buying a place in Lake Havasu for fun, and I'll be spending plenty of time up there doing improvements over the next year. I'll be back at some point... Good news is it's easy to store cars in the dry desert on an acre!

I should be in Ventura at the GAF on Sunday unless I have to do a walk through that weekend in AZ. I'll be the one parked waaay offsite in the Vette...

Mobs are not my scene. We'll wait a month. Maybe it will coincide with the next fun run - though I doubt I'l have a day to spend on just that. I think the kids will want to go to Knotts Berry farm. A day at the beach & a day at the farm - only in CA!

Or one month LA County the next in OC and the third month in SanDiego? I'm gone so much I should be able to make at least a few a year. 1 year 8 months and 2 weeks till retirement. I can't wait!
