He seems to have a lot of cars belonging to Michaels. Hang on a tic while I go check my garage.
Speaking of Mikes - the Doc's car is gone?

They're all buried in the back of his shop = out of sight, out of mind.
I'm sure Scott's mind is buried back there too.
Probably some ex-girlfriends too.
Scott you really oughta dig them out, could be useful.

Micheal ( cairo ) I'm really sorry your legitimate thread has turned into yet another asshat frat party. Once I start on your car there will be a new thread and I will have special admin duties assigned to me to squelch these idiots

No problem. I expected you would start a thread to document the actual work. I appreciate that - boys will be boys.

Scotty, the guy came and picked up all the parts today. Your package is in the mail. I've got another guy interested in both trunks from the black car and and the drivers door from the red one.
thanks, m.

Ok , this may be a dumb question but what do you do about
the rust on the inside of closed areas ?
Dr Evil
May 26 2012, 12:34 PM
If the areas are truly "closed" then nothing needs to be done as there is no access to further moisture to promote oxidation. However, if they are areas that are simply blocked off, then you need to cut an access hole into them where necessary, like Scotty did on the sail panel, and address the issue.
