Is there an adapter need to go from the line to the caliper. what is the transition. Any help or info much appreciated.

The calipers attach to a solid metal line and then to a rubber line. The stainless lines replace the rubber lines and are the same size and with identical fittings. Hope that helps.

Thanks, thats the help i was looking for. I should have done a better job of looking at the existing lines.

It's a nice and easy install. Recommend you soak the fittings in penetrating oil for a day. Be sure to use real line wrenches. Both of those things will make the job easier.

And as Mike Ginter recently reminded me - use a pair of vice grips to R&R the retaining clips.
