Replacing the fuel pump in the Subie with another 928 fuel pump with the same exact specs, http://www.fuelpumps.com/19811982-porsche-...l-p-103133.html
but for some reason the one I got has different size fittings. My mechanic suggested to use a banjo bolt with check valve.

The new fuel pump outlet size is a M10 X 1.0 pitch and needs to be a M12 X 1.5 pitch (old pump)
So a Banjo bolt with check valve, M10X1.0 inlet and M12X1.5 Outlet.

I'm wondering if there would be any adverse effects in going down in size??

I wouldn't hardly think so........but?
