yes. some 911E & T as the 'comfort option' and they showed up from time
to time on 914.6's. don't get your hopes up - 5,5" width only.
good luck finding tires.

on early 912 standard: Fuchs 5 1/2 x 14 with 185/70
same dimension optional on 914-6
on some 924 (I think optional): 6 x 14 with 185/70
So long,

What I am trying to get to is a 14" wheel that is wider than 6" that will bolt to the 5 lug in order to run as wide a sticky (Victoracer or 710) tire and get a little lower overall gearing for autocross.

Mike....read the rule books....PCA or SCCA or ???
in our region (PCA) we can run 14" rims, but only with 60 series tires....not too sure about SCCA, I've never run with them

in Prepared, you can run 14" slicks -- if you can find them...

YellowDog runs C/SP, wheels/tires are pretty much open to what you can cram on there. I'm trying to get shorter tire/wheel combo.

IIRC, no slicks in SP -- DOT tires are required...

Kumho 710s. slicks w/two grooves in them, sort of like the F1 tire, sticky, but not THAT sticky! SCCA accepts them as DOT street legal tires. (Yeah, right!) But sadly not available in 14" Or Victoracers ECSTA V700 225/50/14
