You could try squirting some motor oil down the "weak hole" if the compression comes up...then the rings in that cylinder arent sealing all the way...but honestly those numbers dont seem too out of line...

Double-check the valve adjustment and then drive it.

A 20 lb different between two cylinders is significant, but I ... a valve may just be adjusted a little too tight.

If the engine hasn't been run regularly those number could change a bit.
